1. Faulty Items 
You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for faulty, unsafe or misdescribed 
products. Email admin@jusgo.com.au with order details and photos. 
2. Change of Mind 
We do not offer change-of-mind returns. 
3. Damaged Delivery 
Report within 48 hours with photos. 
4. Return Shipping 
If a product is confirmed faulty, we cover return shipping. 
5. Non-Returnable Items 
• Used items 
• Items damaged through misuse 
• Fire-related items used improperly 
• Clearance items
